  Went out of my way to get to this location before work to rush a package and they had a sign on the door saying they were opening two hours late

  It’s not that the package didn’t arrive on Christmas Eve like it was guaranteed supposedly to do so being that it was a Christmas gift. It’s the wild Goose chase and then Incompetence afterwards trying to track and pick up the package myself. These American companies should be mandated to have call centers in America with Americans that are connected to their infrastructure here. Horrible experience that put a damper on Christmas.

  Great place to ship. Here's a tip. If shipping to residential much cheaper to say you want residential not express.
