I spoke to a very nice lady who was very personable with excellent customer service skills. She was dilligent in tracking down the correct information regarding my package. I wish my post office here in Western Washington State provided the same excellent customer service (can't get my post office to even answer the phone) that the Burnt Hills Post Office provided.
