Took over an hour to finally reach a person on the phone for them to tell me "it was delivered" which it never was. They claimed porch pirates stole my package, which I would have seen on camera, but they never delivered anything to my address so there was nothing to steal. They turned a $35 rental textbook into $35 lost, $100 to repay the rental book company, then another $35 to rent a new book. Post office is 100% in the wrong and took 0% responsibility.
