I was there on July 1,2023 and met the friendliest and niceness Lady clerk ! She's helped me with the package I was mailing that day. Thank you! You made my day, a month, a year. In 24 years never met anyone behind that counter as great as you are. ❤️

I called today, Jun 9th, 2022 to inquire about a priority mail package that the USPS tracking website showed still in transit when the tracking information was supposed to reflect that it had been delivered. I spoke to a very nice lady who was very personable with excellent customer service skills. She was dilligent in tracking down the correct information regarding my package. I wish my post office here in Western Washington State provided the same excellent customer service (can't get my post office to even answer the phone) that the Burnt Hills Post Office provided.

Send a package that they can’t deliver, and then they ransom it for more postage to get it back? Can’t even speak to anyone as they have over an hour wait time.
