I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this post office location regarding my passport renewal. I specifically requested a passport book only, yet the clerk submitted an application for both a passport book and a passport card without my consent.
To make matters worse, the $60 fee I paid to expedite my passport was not properly applied. Instead of expediting my passport as requested, that money was effectively misused while my application was processed incorrectly. Now, I am being told I need to pay an additional $60 to re-request expedited service—knowing full well it will not arrive in time for my scheduled travel.
This situation is more than just frustrating—it is deeply upsetting. I may now miss the opportunity to see my grandmother before she passes and introduce her to her first great-grandchild. On top of that, I will not receive a refund for the unwanted passport card and may lose thousands of dollars in non-refundable travel expenses for myself and my family.
This level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially for something as important and time-sensitive as a passport. I trusted the staff to handle my application correctly, especially when I specified multiple times. That trust was completely misplaced.
I strongly urge better training, accountability, and attention to customer requests to prevent others from going through such a costly and emotional experience.

I have been having nothing but problems with getting my passport delivered. I saw that it ended up out for delivery in Buffalo New York(I live in Wisconsin), so I called this location and spoke to Peter. He helped me finally resolve my delivery complications and went above and beyond to make sure I had a resolution. He deserves a raise and all the good things in the world!
