I knew she was wrong but she said “I don’t want to do extra work” so I had to drive to the depew post office where I was helped by someone who cares about their job. They gave me MULTIPLE options of what I can do and sent it. I would like a manager to look into this employee.
- DDDarryl DomonFeb 4, 20261.0Our business moved addresses in early 2025, and we began the address-change process before the move even took place. Since then, both the owner and myself (the GM) have gone to the office multiple times in person. Despite this, we continue to receive letters stating that we need to come in with more information. Between April 2025 and January 2026, we have received this same letter five separate times. I personally sat down with the manager, Gino, and also spoke with him over the phone. He personally guaranteed that this issue was resolved and that we would no longer receive these notices. Unfortunately, here we are again receiving the exact same letter. This has been an ongoing, repetitive issue with no resolution despite repeated visits and direct communication. At this point, the lack of follow-through and accountability is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
