  Picked up an eBay delivery today. Staff at the UPS Store were outstanding. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Bins available for cardboard and packing so that you can inspect your items. Charges very reasonable too

  Always friendly and helpful! Everytime I come to this location, the staff are great. From help with printing to Amazon order pickups, they're extremely convenient to have right in the neighborhood.

  Andrew and his coworker at Store #0861 on Elmwood and summer was the best and made a great personal connection with me. I had a bad experience on the Delaware and Hertle location.

  I paid $100 for packing and shipping of three Christmas wreaths from Buffalo to Northern Virginia. I was assured my packages would arrive safely. My family received their packages later than promised with zero protective packaging in the box. The wreaths arrived late and significantly damaged.
