I left this place thinking, “how could a trip to the post office be SO stressful?”. Couldn’t even send one of my packages after being sent back into line TWICE bc they didn’t know how to put in an Alaskan address. I’m pretty sure the two men working the counter were identical twins, but wither way, they were both miserable.

It really depends who is working. It can be great but the ones who aren’t can cause major issues.
The gentleman here today (Sunday) was so helpful.
I was here Friday and had 12 non-machinable envelopes to send. I’m newer at this and when I went to the counter explained they were non-machinable and varying weight. The woman working sold me non machinable stamps and don’t check any- I didn’t know this wasn’t right.
Now I have several orders potentially under postage that may or may not reach its destination or make its way back- orders I’ll have to refund.
This is why I pay extra to go to the post office and not ship from home so I don’t make errors like this. I hope the person representing USPS would know to check.
