- TMTiffany McNallyAug 15, 20251.0I ordered a package full of BUGS for my garden. They gave me a 5 day window and attempted delivery on the 2nd while I was outside... and said now I have to pick it up which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online in the first place.. Better watch for bugs in your mail.. I'm not going to pick up anything I paid to be delivered and they will find a way out.
- JTJustin TaraJul 21, 20251.0You guys need more staff. Every time I come in here I wait at least 10-15 minutes when all I need to do is drop something off. The annoying thing is when it's my turn it takes maybe 39 seconds at most for my interaction. This is the reason I generally don't ship with USPS, I'd gladly pay a bit extra for UPS ground or FedEx if it means I can get out of the store quicker. Next is to ppl who go to the post office. Please do a little due diligence before you come in and make sure everything is good to go so you don't spend 10+ minutes at the counter. I know they will help you out but come on help the other ppl around you
