- MMM1 M2Dec 20, 20251.0This is insane that they pay this mail carrier. I have said "HELLO!" to her in a neighborly tone several times. She looks at her feet and walks away. YESTERDAY there was absolutely NO snow, ice or inclement weather, which USPS used to pride themselves working through. I am waiting for a VERY IMPORTANT, time-sensitive package and look up tracking. I get a message saying "No Access to Delivery Location." I live on a flat lot and am 63 years old. My son is 27; his girlfriend, 25 and two Golden Retrievers and all come and go with ease. FED EX, AMAZON: Deliver with EASE and ACCURACY. Friends come and go. No issues. I call and ask for a Supervisor to please evaluate my property and report their findings directly to my phone. They promised a call back. NO CALL. NO RESOLVE. They say I have to wait through the weekend and hope she can pick her face up to get this package anywhere on my property.

They gave me a 5 day window and attempted delivery on the 2nd while I was outside... and said now I have to pick it up which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online in the first place.. Better watch for bugs in your mail.. I'm not going to pick up anything I paid to be delivered and they will find a way out.
- JTJustin TaraJul 21, 20251.0You guys need more staff. Every time I come in here I wait at least 10-15 minutes when all I need to do is drop something off. The annoying thing is when it's my turn it takes maybe 39 seconds at most for my interaction. This is the reason I generally don't ship with USPS, I'd gladly pay a bit extra for UPS ground or FedEx if it means I can get out of the store quicker. Next is to ppl who go to the post office. Please do a little due diligence before you come in and make sure everything is good to go so you don't spend 10+ minutes at the counter. I know they will help you out but come on help the other ppl around you
- MDMichelle DixonMar 22, 20211.0If no stars was an option thats what these clowns would get none. 40 lb package they have an agreement with Amazon to deliver and they apparently are too weak to deliver and expect me to pick it up. I contacted the 800 number filed a complaint (the rep was fantastic and did his job) and he rescheduled delivery for today by 8. Its now 837, no package. I have over 40 unanswered phone calls, left my contact information IN PERSON and the lazy, no good supervisor stepped out and apparently never came back now for 3 days as I never got a call back. This place is a joke and they better deliver BOTH of my packages! 40 lbs is not heavhi! Update our mail carriers which was Dom and now I believe hs name is Ryan off Hopkins deserve 10 stars! They were/are great!
