- NZN ZJan 19, 20261.0I had no idea how truly of a bad shape the USPS was in until attempting to forward my mail with this post office. TWICE I filled out a change of address form with a USPS employee at this post office after I attempted to do it online and after too many attempts it wouldn’t work, and TWICE I NEVER received the code I was supposed to in order to complete the mail forwarding process after moving apartments. When asking about at this post office, all I am told is to fill out another form and expect different results. These forms must enter different dimensions because no one can ever tell me what happens to them other than “it got lost.” So, USPS essentially refuses to forward my mail. It has completely collapsed and should be dismantled, along with this post office and the most incompetent, non caring employees I have ever encountered in my life. Must be nice to have a job where you don’t actually have to do anything right. This post office should be closed down and all of its employees should have their jobs taken away. I will most certainly boycott this joke of a place from here on out.
