- JRJulie RDec 25, 20255.0This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers. This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.

I got a po box with a friend as we live in apartments and have theft issues and haven't had any problems with packages going here. I also got a passport here no issue. you all want high end service, but then you don't want to pay for it. it's not 1985 anymore. you get the energy you put out returned back at to you. it's also not your carriers fault your neighbor is a thief or you have porch pirates.
