- EHElizabeth HicksOct 18, 20255.0never had an issue here. yes they're understaffed, but you vote to cut funding so what do you expect? I got a po box with a friend as we live in apartments and have theft issues and haven't had any problems with packages going here. I also got a passport here no issue. you all want high end service, but then you don't want to pay for it. it's not 1985 anymore. you get the energy you put out returned back at to you. it's also not your carriers fault your neighbor is a thief or you have porch pirates.
