- EEEricFeb 15, 20261.0I dropped off 2 packages to go to the same location. 1 made it the other didn't. When I went to this location to try and find out what happened I was told that they couldn't find it even with the tracking number I provided. They looked in the office and couldn't find the package either. I paid for a shipping label and am now out $15 because it was a rare item I was selling. Thanks for nothing.

My wife called to see what other days they're open and they said they only do passports between 9am and 11am. If that's the case, why would you allow customers to book in hours outside that? Why would you not tell us 3 weeks ago when we made the appointment? Why does your phone say 10am-2pm on Saturdays? Absolute joke.
- JRJulie RDec 25, 20255.0This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers. This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.
