Friendly greetings & helpful service. Not anymore. Now you can depend on getting an annoyed glance for having to deal with you after they acknowledge your presence or look up from their cell phones, which ever comes first. They never have the postage stamps that I need for our business and the last time I was able to get them there, they charged me for 3oz when I only needed 2oz.
