Absolutely no one is friendly that works here. Rosalind was rude and harsh. Whatever happened to treating the customer kindly? I couldn’t imagine still having a job with the attitude she gave me.

I have never had trouble with this place until today. I came in for an 9:50 appointment to get my son’s passport renewed. They needed both parents present so I had to wait for my husband to get there (20mins later). While I waited, they told me to step to the side and they’d get to me after the family of four who came in after me. An hour and 30 mins later the worker, who was moving slow as molasses and stopping his process to talk to the customers about personal things, finally completed the family’s passports and called us up. He told us we needed to make another appt and he wouldn’t help us today. Two lovely women working next to him reminded him that he could take his lunch in 15 mins instead of right then. They mentioned he could still squeeze me in. Mind you, I had only 1 passport. I was prepared. It was all filled out and printed, picture already taken and attached. I had a check ready. He would not help us. To be clear- I was not mad that I had to reschedule, I was mad that he let me stand there (no chairs) with my 5 year old for 1.5 hours knowing he would make me reschedule. He never mentioned I would have to reschedule until I went to the counter. I asked for the manager (Yousif). I worked in the service industry a long time pre-graduate school, I NEVER ask for a manager but felt it was necessary. He came out and did not help. He was rude to add insult to injury. I’m not going to this place again. I sincerely wish Elma offered passport services bc they’re so kind there. That was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Next time, they should communicate clearly and put the customer first.

After they made simple mistake with package they did everything in their power to fix it as fast as possible. Between the manager and everyone else I dealt with they were so polite and nice.
