I am extremely upset!!! I had a house fire on 2/1, I still own this home, it is still standing, I pay a mortgage on it and receive mail here. How dare you take it upon yourself to put my package on hold and it wasn't at my request. I will be showing up to your office today and filing a complaint as you do not answer your line
