I said “first and foremost to the “manager”‘of the store and he said not to talk to him like he was a little kid. He should be able to handle the frustration after just being hung up by his rude associate that instead of trying to help, hung up on me. I didn’t know adult words were so hurtful. That office is a joke and staff is horribly rude. Do not recommend. At all.
