Horrible customer service. Just completely unfeeling. I love the USPS and respect the service industry. Overworked doesn't mean you get to be rude and even mean to people who come in for basic services.

Absolutely terrible experience here with my mail getting lost. They didnt even scan the tracking number on my FedEx package and I find this out weeks later when the document I sent was urgently needed. Do not go here with FedEx shipping labels!! It is like throwing your mail into a black hole. Go to a Fedex drop off station instead. I wish I had known this.

They are rude and very unhelpful, every time. Patrick is probably the most rude person I have ever met.
