    THIS IS THE NUMBER 1 BEST ups I have literally ever used! They have smiles on their faces when you walk in & help you, which makes a huge difference! Not sure who owns this specific store or runs it, but honestly it’s a joy to have customer service at its best! Thnx ups on Delaware & Hertel !! Jill

    Been going to this store forever. It’s small and feels local even though it’s a chain store. Three days ago, I mailed a package that I had written the address on. They reprinted a label and got it wrong. When the error was discovered today, the clerk aggressively told me it was my mistake because I didn’t read all the screens before signing. Had they asked me to double check the address, I absolutely would have as the package has a precious gift. I didn’t appreciate the clerk tearing me down, insisting it was my mistake when I had handed them the address in writing. She was able to call and get the package on the right track but only after making sure I felt sufficiently terrible. I strongly encourage anyone using UPS to carefully read EVERYTHING before signing.
