  Andrew and his coworker at Store #0861 on Elmwood and summer was the best and made a great personal connection with me. I had a bad experience on the Delaware and Hertle location.

  I paid $100 for packing and shipping of three Christmas wreaths from Buffalo to Northern Virginia. I was assured my packages would arrive safely. My family received their packages later than promised with zero protective packaging in the box. The wreaths arrived late and significantly damaged.

  So I’m not sure wha this individual below me is saying. But I’ve been coming to this location for more than 15 years! And the employees and owners alike have been the most refreshing people and experience I have ever experienced. Very kind, honest and quite frankly sometimes to nice. I know for sure that just recently there was a female employee who used to come in smelling like Alcohol and seemed a bit rude! But Just so people are aware, one bad seed isn’t and will never be a reflection On How thE UPS SMALL BUSINESS on Elmwood work. From Angie, Gracie, Amy, Laila, Sara, Gaby, All are amazing to do business with!!! Salute and Happy Holidays

  Messy. Grubby. Unknowledgeable staff. No handicapped parking near the door. Adjacent spaces are reserved for UPS trucks and the business next door. I’ll choose another location next time.
