Anytime a package ends up being sent using USPS I know I will not receive my package because the workers will not even attempt delivery yet claim they did which leads to me not even being able to schedule redelivery. Even when I have asked for “re” delivery they again don’t do it. This has resulted in me spending so many hours at this godforsaken building. Every time I come to pick up my package they say it is not here. But when I call the delivery department (this is apparently a “separate department” — but spoiler alert after speaking to USPS customer service they said this is just incorrect. They are in fact supposed to help me here) I don’t even think I can blame this on the federal government because it is uniquely this terrible location. Everywhere else I have lived in NYC for the past 30 years has had a respectful and communicative post office. Sucks to live in 11201.
