Absolutely hopeless service. The package sent by overnight express mail after paying over $33 for the expedited delivery didn’t even reach the facility. No one cared about what happens to delivery.

Had a great experience this morning! The line was very long as only was person was on service so we decided to do the self service. Jackie was so helpful every step of the way and taught us something new. So kid and and helpful with a positive attitude! Thank you!!!

Beyond rude and unprofessional staff: the person in charge simplify decided not to honor passport appointments that day and decided that someone with an appointment at 2:30 pm should wait standing (with a young kid) until office closure at 5:30pm, without any explanation other than « just wait here » and refused to answer questions by anything else than « all other customers have priority » (as they walk in).

Initially, I didn’t believe the negative remarks about the employees at this location. However, I personally witnessed the worst of it today. I simply wanted to drop off some items and get stamps, but Jackie at the counter couldn’t handle the workload. Be cautious of the negative energy they may project, and I believe that reducing the number of customers visiting this location would be beneficial for them. Their service was particularly poor.
Despite these experiences, I remain convinced of the importance of the USPS in this area.
I am grateful for the positive experiences I’ve had with this particular USPS.

I came in because a certified letter was marked “not home” even though no delivery attempt was made, and this turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
The employee I dealt with was immediately rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about how I’m supposed to sign for certified mail if they don’t come upstairs or notify anyone. Instead of explaining, she got defensive, kept cutting me off, and escalated the situation for no reason.
When I responded to her tone, she accused me of having an attitude and then refused to help me, saying she wasn’t going to assist me at all. I was left standing there waiting around 10–15 minutes just to get my letter from a different employee.
This whole interaction was completely unprofessional. Between staff behavior like this and the fact that packages are regularly left on the floor instead of secured in my building , this location seriously needs accountability.
