During my visit, I accidentally pressed the wrong button. Instead of calmly assisting, Reasa reacted in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. When I politely asked her to be patient, she responded rudely, telling me not to “teach her” and continued speaking in an inappropriate tone. I found this behavior unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. I expect USPS staff to treat customers with respect and maintain a professional attitude. I would like this incident to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
