- RTRobin Thomas1 day ago1.0They have signs up that says 1 line is for packages and pickup and the second line is for general mail and envelopes. I had 1 letter size envelope to mail so I waited on that line and when I get to the counter, the lady rudely tells me that I’m on the wrong line. When I point out the signs, she said oh, those things are wrong. Why is this an official post office, with signage that is incorrect? I had to then go all the way to the back of the other line, literally wasting an additional 10-15 minutes. And while there were 4-5 windows open, the staff moved extremely slow and were just overall unfriendly, like they were pissed to have to be at work that day. This was my first experience at this post office and it was terrible
