- KOKamila Olszówka4 days ago1.0I tried to do a walk in passport for my son today. Tried to make an appointment first but website was kicking me out, asking 20 times to put in codes and then kicking me out again, so I went for walkins. 2 different sources showed me this location does such service. But the guy at the windows said they don't do that anymore, he told me to go somewhere else, he doesn't know anything, and basically sent me away

We arrived 30 minutes early for our 10:15 appointment . It is now 10:45AM and we have been told the supervisor will come to talk to us . It’s very unfortunate to receive this kind of service when I allocated a specific amount of time to help someone and my time isn’t respected at all. Truly disappointing…….
