Twice I had a package to be delivered to me, with the instructions, bring to my apt., ring bell and knock on the DOOR. Each time they stated, "NO SECURE LOCATION." This an on going issue. You can't reach them.

I am 68 years old and I have never seen a post office without a mailbox in front of it where you can mail a letter on a Sunday when they are closed. I walk three blocks from that post office and I didn’t see not one mailbox what’s going on with the mailboxes somebody reply

One thing for sure about this post office is that they LIE about attempting a delivery when my grandmother and home attendant are always by the door. Not even the dogs barked at the door because no one came to actually deliver my package. Was told they left a notice but no notice until I received today on 3/10/26 in the mail saying they missed me. I went into today to get my package and was told because they are understaffed they can’t get my package until it’s processed. Basically saying they have the package but are LAZY to process the packages that they REFUSE to actually deliver. They let some people skip if they know them and I find that unfair when many other people are waiting as well. They are understaffed but refuse to hire anymore people than what they have. It’s always the same 3-4 ladies

The worst staff and post office...
- Get a package, too big? Sends it back stating you wanted it returned. Illegal.
- Often barely makes an effort to deliver packages... commonly leaving them on the truck or at the post office with false scans and tracking... ultimately to never bothering with an attempt. But they will state, attempt made: 1. Code needed to get into building... (with no lobby coded door, its locked wide open always and does not lock if closed) or 2. Knocked several times but no response from residents.
- never leaving a pink slip.
- any package or time sensitive letter sent to this post office is pretty much garunteed a no delivery.
20 years experience with this awful post office. Almost was penalized on two different instances of missing jury duty because i never got the letters, and license renewal is a nightmare.
Horrible... id give zero stars if i could!
