- ECEstela C.Mar 20, 20262.0I thought the negative reviews were joking but unfortunately this location does not provide even decent manners. I stopped by on a Sunday recently because it was the only USPS open near my area and the staff appeared to be so annoyed that people were coming in to get basic assistance on packages. In fact, one female teller mentioned that people were “coming in just to come in.” I doubt people would go to the USPS on a Sunday unless it was actually needed. I did notice two people came in asking for their package and the tellers stated that they were unable to find them so the other reviews are accurate on getting their packages. I’ll give two stars because I was able to mail out what I needed but it was an extended wait time for me. Overall, I do not recommend especially as they do not want customers to go in.

The idea is that they won't scan or take pre-paid, we should use the self service kiosk. My package is not tracking for 5 days because obviously either Metro NY distribution center also did not scan it and hopefully it is not lost.
- CRC. ReichFeb 24, 20261.0Absolute nightmare experience trying to renew my kids' passports here. The level of disrespect from the clerk was staggering. She was condescending, impatient, and beyond nasty to my family. I understand the post office is busy, but there is no excuse for that kind of hostility. It truly felt like she was trying to make the process as difficult as possible just because she could. If you want to be treated with basic human decency, do not come to this US Postal location. Truly an embarrassing representation of the USPS.
