- JTJess Tam3 days ago1.0This Post Office was closed at noon on a Friday. I went to UPS instead and was informed that a bunch of people have reported USPS on 7th Ave is closed for 2 weeks now, so all of April.
- JHJane HuntingtonMar 25, 20262.0This post office doesn't have a lot of resources–they're understaffed, the lines are long, and can be closed during normal hours. Today, it was closed in the middle of the day. There was no sign as to why it was closed. I walked over to the post office at 9th St–adding approximately an hour to this errand. The elderly woman with a cane, who was also left in the lurch, might not have been mobile enough. At 9th St, the clerk (very nice, the only one on duty) said that the 7th Ave was closed for work inside the post office, but should be open soon. When I said there wasn't a sign, she said that there had been one, but it was taken down. The postal service needs to do better.
