  Where do I begin? I was here today with my son in a long line for 30 minutes. There was a man that attempted to skip the line and they took forever to stop him from doing so. I get to the window and say good morning and say I have package to drop off. I'm not even acknowledged. I had the pleasure of being serviced by the rude lady with locs and bracelets. She did not say one word at all. It was like I was talking to a wall. At the end of my interaction with her, the review came up on the screen. It flashed away before I could click on the sad face. I'm so tired of the lackluster service. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat a customer like this even on my worst day. Please do better. The behavior is disgusting. I wanted to buy a book of stamps as well but I didn't bother to ask due to the nasty behavior.

  This is everyday, all day. Every time I come in here I know i’m gonna waste 45 minutes of my life at least. The older lady with grey hair had the nerve to ask why I gave her a bad rating on the little rating screen as if timeliness is not a part of good customer service.

  Mail delivery does not ring bell to deliver packages, left on porch for porch pirate friend. They should ring bell for package delivery

  THEEEEEE MOST unprofessional USPS service I EVER dealt with. Less than a year ago, the delivered my package to the wrong address. The company I ordered from told me to file a claim since it was THEIR (USPS) fault, so I did. Now today. On THURSDAY, a package of mine was supposed to be delivered. I take accountability that I missed it and wasn’t able to sign for it. I rescheduled a delivery for March 6th (yesterday) delivery man was a no show. I contacted them and kept it P. Today? It’s 6:46PM my package is STILL not here and STILL no sign of the delivery man. This whole facility needs to be wiped out and there needs to be NEW workers in place. I’m not the only one saying that the workers are rude and don’t care. They’re just there to get a check so they don’t have to worry about our items. I’m fed up.
