    this post office is horrible service is of no use why are they still functioning? It’s always been issues upon issues we complain still USPS have them functioning. I did a Mail hold online and after 30 days went to pick up my mail and switch my Address to find out from supervisor who is a female of Trinidad accent she informed me there is no mail hold. I said impossible. I did request online. She replied it didn’t go through. i said How is that isn’t online services the reason and purpose when you unable to go in person how could it not go through when I have confirmation number, etc. now my important mails is all over the place because the senders never received them back. Even my daughter. Alien card is lost I am so disappointed with the system, allowing these workers to mishandle such important mails. my hard own tax dollars pay these individuals and they’re not doing the job they are Horrible, terrible i am very upset. I’m very disappointed.😠 do better USPS.

    These people stealing packages. I literally mean that. Got notified it’s in/at mailbox, immediately went downstairs to get it and guess what - found nothing! It’s been 2 days since this package has to be delivered so the excuse of “maybe he scanned to early” doesn’t work here. Just to warn people - order somewhere else, somewhere safer and where your package doesn’t come through this incompetent office. I will report this to USPS investigation as I know it’s not the first time it’s happening. It’s crazy how this place is still operating. UPD: same thing happened with the member of my household a day ago - he got notified the package is delivered and there’s nothing in a mailbox. 2 packages gone within 3 days..

    Susan has horrible customer service . As a supervisor there is an expectation and more importantly a requirement of professionalism . Susan intentionally and repetitively disconnects calls on concerned customers . Her tone and attitude is very unpleasant . She lacks accountability , professionalism , honesty and the ability to effectively execute her job functions . Prime examples of this is her failure to follow up with customers , fabrications about package whereabouts, ever changing explanations and her constant habit of talking over customers as opposed to actively listening . She and the others that follow her lead will be the downfall of this community post office . Update : her name isn’t Susan she’s lying to customers when placing calls . The Hispanic / Latina supervisor is the woman I’m referring to .
