- MLMandy LopezMar 30, 20231.0I have to agree with the prior statements, nothing personal but there is no customer service in this post office, i work myself in a Military Post Office overseas… just dropping off a flat rate takes her 20 mins no talking necessary, just asking to pay and thats it. No greeting customers, no smile, nothing. I wish I could take her job.

Prior clerks have always been courteous and attentive, this person has made the simple act of buying stamps a “job”. Customers should not have to hear or deal with her political leanings or beliefs. Where is Nancy or/ Tom, miss them terribly.
- SSSamJan 24, 20221.0Nancy, please come back. The new person is rude, can care less, lazy, and wouldn’t help you. I bought an envelope from him to ship something and there was a hole in it, I asked him to change it, but instead he put a sticker on it and said “here you go”. This is insane that I paid for something that is defective and most likely what I shipped got wet and damaged. Service not what it used to be. Prior staff was the best and good customer service left with them.
