One of the smoothest postal offices in Brooklyn from Williamsburg to Bay Ridge. Clerks are knowledgeable and efficient. Always a fast line, even when it's out the door for winter gifts. From what I can see on the outside they're one of the better managed and/or functioning locations. I go here instead of "my" location on Debevoise.

Cant rate a minus 5 star, what a disgusting place to walk into, all the workers make sure to make you fell not welcome, the attitude from all of them is just disgusting, they feel so good when they can send you away without helping you. I had an appointment twice to renew my childs passport and both times they sent me away, saying that the clerk that is in charge of doing the passports is entitled to take the day off, so i have to come back another time.
This was without notice before after waiting for weeks for this appointment. Dear USPS please please help us all in this neighborhood by replacing everyone that is currently working there with with people there are not anti human beings, all customers will be very happy for such a change.
