    I never write reviews but there's a very dishonest employee that works here who will try to overcharge for computer services by claiming you printed more or spent more time than you did. At first I thought he just wasn't very attentive, but eventually it became very clear he was doing it deliberately. I've since moved my patronage to the print shop on 7th ave by Carroll. The people and services there are so much better. Too bad I had to find that out by dealing with this person. Edit: Emailed the address below and just like another reviewer mentioned, there was never any acknowledgement or response. With so many other options in the area there's really no point risking your packages or money here.

    I have returned a few packages at this location and I feel like the return is smooth if the package is not unpacked. I had a package that needed to be returned, but it was not taped and they were charging me a four dollar fee for taping the package. I went to them later with the package taped, but the staff was impolite and I feel like the return process could have been smoother and without the unnecessary impolite behaviour from the staff.

    I’ve had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store, and a big part of that is thanks to Milo at the front desk. He is always efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful whenever I come in. Even when the store is busy, Milo keeps things moving quickly and makes sure everyone is taken care of. What really stands out is his positive attitude and willingness to help. Whether it’s answering questions, handling shipments smoothly, or guiding customers through the process, he makes everything easy and stress-free. His professionalism and efficiency clearly help the store run faster and more smoothly. It’s always a pleasure being helped by someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Milo is a great asset to the team, and his hard work definitely deserves recognition.

    On February 5th I sent a package from this store to my home in Pennsylvania and paid for 2nd day delivery. The package was not delivered the 7th, but early evening on the 9th. I was due a refund ($118) and contacted corporate UPS via their customer service phone number. I was told that these refund requests had to be filed through the local store that the package was sent from. When I called the store the associate told me that it would be taken care of, but he refused to give me any documentation of proof it was filed. I have called the store from Pennsylvania several times since and was dismissed each time. Fast forward to last Thursday, I visited the store in person and asked to speak to the manager/owner Alan. The associate there at the time informed me he wasn’t there so I asked for his number. He called him instead and Alan told him to tell me it was not his responsibility and that I had to call corporate. I could hear Alan yelling at his associate to basically get rid of me. So again no satisfaction. This is unacceptable that they are stonewalling me. Very POOR customer service!
