- CCchrisMar 29, 20261.0i dropped off my package here and waited a few days and my package hasnt moved the last scan when i dropped it off here at 93rd st, i asked the guy he said he was there that the ups driver had picked up the package on friday which was march 20 @4pm so i filed a claim and i sent all the evidence pics of actual drop off receipt the images of actual item and box with label attached on it, i always take a pictures of my item and box and everything for evedince but they said my document is still not complete om my file, its either the employee at the store who took it or the driver coz that was the last scan. idk how u guys fix this kind of problem if u guys talk to ur employees in house or to the driver and look through the camera, so it wont happen again. people still be stealing package shi crazy. and i always use this UPS store .

- JPJohnny PJan 26, 20261.0I understand the frustration of having to work on a snowy day like today, but being greeted with a rude attitude right from the start is unacceptable. The employee not only refused to accept my package, which clearly had a return label, but also accused me of lying about how I received it from Amazon. I am extremely disappointed with this company. As a business owner who frequently ships packages here, I found it particularly upsetting that the woman who was dismissive and uncooperative who wore a mask and would not provide her name or the manager’s name. No problem,I will be leaving a negative review and encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. I would prefer to ship at Staples rather than return here again. PS . To clarify nothing wrong with wearing a mask, but that's the only way I could describe the person who was rude.
