  They charge $1 per strip of tape here for boxing. My usual place tapes for free. Only came here for a “happy” return, but systems are down and they can’t provide tracking. Not impressed!

  I’ve consistently had frustrating experiences with other UPS locations, but this one was a complete contrast. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Kauthar, in particular, stood out, she was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her customer service made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the level of care and support I received here.

  This UPS store has the worst service. They seem to have new employees every time I visit, and none of them want to do their jobs. My wife has been receiving packages at that P.O. box for two years; she added me as a second authorized recipient so I could pick up her packages, yet every time I go to collect them, they refuse to hand them over—regardless of the fact that my name is listed on her account or that I show them my ID. My wife has already gone in and spoken to them about this, yet it remains a problem every single time. The new employees even end up arguing amongst themselves because nobody wants to serve the customers.

  The person who helped me was really fast and very nice. I made him aware it was my first time returning and I didn't know I had to put it in a bag or box. He made my return so easy .I like this store and will do business here again.

  had two great experiences with Taha, and both times his customer service was outstanding. He was very helpful, attentive, and patient. During my first encounter, everything I wanted to do wasn’t working in my favor—the system challenged both of us 😊. I asked Taha if I could leave a heavy box for about 15 minutes while I sorted things out, and he kindly honored my request. When I returned, the system was finally working in my favor—thank God! 😊 I really appreciated Taha’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to help.
