- LLLiliJan 20, 20261.0I walked in, said good morning, and the employee I approached didn’t even acknowledge it. Instead, he coldly said, “Can I help you?” and stayed seated without getting up to assist. I brought my own labels that clearly say inkjet/laser, and he refused to print them simply because the word “inkjet” appears on the package — even though Staples absolutely prints these and I’ve done this before. Rather than trying to help or explain a real policy, he dismissed me and told me to go to the aisle and look for labels myself. This is poor customer service and completely unnecessary. There was no effort to problem-solve or help the customer. Thankfully, another employee near the ink section was extremely helpful and professional, which shows the issue wasn’t the store — it was this one employee. I work in customer service, and this type of attitude and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I hate writing a review like this I really do but honestly you cannot treat customers like this especially when they’re driving half an hour to get to a store

Give yourself time to assume they'll have to fix something, and always rope a manager in because the associates can be less than helpful.
