  Honestly disappointed with the service at Staples. I asked for something simple like tape, and instead of even offering help or guiding me, I was just left hanging. I understand I can buy it, but basic customer service and willingness to assist goes a long way. Definitely expected better.

  I agree with these horror stories! I was there today to try and print something from an email I tried my best on my own since no one was helping me. They were also not helping an older gentleman in front of me while a customer was trying to help him. I have gotten help twice before while trying to do a print from an email. I was at the printer trying my best when I asked for help mind you there was no one else on line. The guy pointed to the copy machine and said here follow the directions and do it yourself we don't help people. I said I can see that! Just tell me what I have to do and I will do it but I need some help! I told him someone helped me before! Well we don't! Great you are working in place that should offer good customer service but is rude and snippy and unhelpful. I dread going to staples beacause I know they will not help you in any way! This is horrible customer service! I don't want to ever have to come back to this place for anything.

  Do NOT go there if you want anything done! My daughter needed to print professional posters for college. First time we came here, they printed it in completely different colors than we sent it in. The brown trees became red. They swore up and down that it's exactly like we sent it in. 3 employees stood around agreeing with each other. I don't think color blind people need to work a job like that. Curiously, FedEx printed it in the right tones. Second time, we placed an order bright and early but never received the text that it's ready. 6 hours later we called to ask, and they said they ran out of ink. 😂 When were they going to let us know? Their answer was: you should have called earlier. Never again! I hope they will close down asap. The only thing people still do there is print and return Amazon packages. You can do that elsewhere.
