  Staples has always been my go to when I am in a crunch with no time to spare on office supplies and printing and I recommend their products to anyone who needs supplies in hurry.

  The customer service was great but the store is terrible. The young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and polite. However, when I walked in, the atmosphere was not inviting. The parking lot is full of garbage. The store was dim, dreary and disheveled. Many of the printers in the self-service area weren't operating and the front panels were hanging off of a couple. I sent my document to the designated email as instructed and never received the release code to print (until I had long left the store). The young lady set up the printer for me and 60 copies later, the top quarter of the pages was smeared and faded. When I asked is I could switch to another printer, I was advised that all of them (at least 5 machines) would probably do the same thing. So, I had up wait for the going ladies in the copy & print center to reprint my order. They did so without any hassle. However, the store was busy and the additional wait time threw off my schedule for the day and I was late to the event I was headed to with the flyers. I went to this store location because it was closest to my morning event. While it's Staples and not a high-end restaurant, the difference in the Park Slop or Gateway locations and this location is a stark difference. Why do we accept this in Black and Brown neighborhoods and why do owners think this is ok? Never again. Dear management, please don't respond with some generic, empty comment thanking me for a review without any corrective action. Spare me the phony concern.

  Not only are they slow but they don’t respect the line. The copy & print employees just jump from customer to customer, no matter when you came in the store, who was there after you, etc. It took 20 minutes to pick up a print I ordered online. Never again.
