It’s almost as if you have to beg them to help you. All I did was walk up to the counter, and the lady rudely brushed me off to the side and said will assist you in a moment. A Jewish lady walks in. She walks up to the counter. They assist her immediately. I’m patiently waiting to be called because I don’t wanna interrupt again. In a condescending tone she asked if I needed help. I had to wait until her interaction with the white woman was finished for her to acknowledge me. Mind you I didn’t even come up to the counter abruptly or demanded their attention. I work @ a five star hotel. I’m trained with Forbes verbiage and customer service. The irony is these Caribbean ladies were talking about customer service as I was just patiently waiting. I had to say sorry but excuse me, ladies should I come back at a different time for her to finally tell me that their computer was rebooting. Don’t you think that’s something that you could tell a customer who’s patiently waiting.. you can tell they only treat white people good and judge your appearance because I was on my way to get my hair done and was wearing a scarf on my head. She didn’t warm up to me until after I was patient. It’s like she expected because I was one of her that I was gonna have an attitude. I didn’t even give those ladies that satisfaction. This is clearly a Jewish only store. Also, the rude woman said that it would be $7.50 per card I needed 3. I never want about the price I go to another FedEx in Flatbush and they charge me $13 for three postcards.

Worse FedEx ever. I dread coming here to do anything. Need to work on their customer service and getting customers out quickly and efficiently.

Horrible customer service. After waiting on line for awhile ( customer ahead of me had a long order-which I understand takes time) I walked up to the counter. At the same time another counter was opened, which the person AFTER me walked up to be serviced. Instead of telling me to go to the newly opened counter-as I was next-the counter person began to do all kinds of work on the PREVIOUS order, keeping me waiting...when Allyne (as per her name tag) finally finished, she just stared at me without so much as a good morning. So I just handed her my PREPAID envelope (which I held up for her to see while I was waiting to be next on line). She scanned it in and didn't acknowledge me to the extent I had to take my own receipt from the machine....as I said a normal "thank you".....and there was no response on her part. Perhaps the agent that had just opened an additional station could have asked me to step over to him, but the major blame is on her, as she saw I was next, but still let me stand by her station waiting and waiting. This is the first time I've spent time submitting a review but I never experienced such a poor experience in a sevice industry. In contrast, when I deal with the people in the local UPS store, it's a positive experience as they deal with people in nice social way. I hope a 'higher up' at FedEx sees this and deals with the issue in this store.
