The wait time is long which is why I couldn’t do five starts, but service from Tracy is definitely 5 stars! Even though she was under a lot of pressure with the line she helped me think about using a different packaging that brought down my shipping cost quite a bit. So much appreciated that moment.

Walked in to a massive line. Even a long line for self service. I decided to go in the teller line, about 7 minutes of waiting and they call out for all prepaaid packages to be dropped off at one window, then line was cut in half. Staff really try to move things along and work quite fast. Great experience even though there was a long line.

They need to hire more staff, the service is extremely slow. The line will be out the door and only be two workers with four windows. Hire more people and stop having conversations while working

I know most post offices aren’t the most well-run or fun places to be but this one is literal hell. I’ve been many times and never have I encountered one remotely pleasant worker. These people should never EVER hold a job in customer service. But I suppose they’ve hit the jackpot- they can be as vile and rude as they want, behave like a dictator, move at a snails pace and never be held accountable, they’ll keep their cushy govt job forever. You think you should be treated like a human with basic respect? Oop! There goes your mail, lost forever. Good luck! I also thought PO’s were only closed on federal holidays? Well nope not them, I guess they close when the devil herself Denise “aint feeling it”. Truly awful. I would rather tie my mail to a caterpillars back and hope for the best then step foot in this hell hole ever again.

I went to the kiosk machine to print stamps. As it said on the poster I was able to print stamps. Instead it printed out these slips, 1 at a time, for 20 minutes. A large line formed behind me of frustrated customers. When I asked about options to exchange, I was rudely yelled at. Give these are for Christmas cards this is highly frustrating
