I paid for pick up service for two packages to pick up on Monday at 10 am and never got fulfilled the mailman wrote a note saying he will come back later but never did I called to and complained and even after that the packages wasn’t pick up i have requested a refund to get my money because they failed to do something simple. On Wednesday I call them and the lady said I text the mailman to pick them up and again never did. I got videos and pictures of since Monday to Wednesday that never got pick up and also a camera so they can’t pull any false claims

- OMOlga ManovOct 30, 20251.0Title: Rude, Unprofessional and inhumane Service for family with newborn We had a 10:15 AM passport appointment on October 30, 2025, for our 6-week-old baby at this USPS (2727 Mermaid Ave, Brooklyn). My husband took the day off, we arrived early in hurricane like weather, and the place was empty. The clerk was unwelcoming and rude from the start. She didn’t even greet us. She looked at our baby’s photo for a second and said, “It won’t work — the ears aren’t visible.” When I asked what we could do, she actually said, “Go grow your baby’s ears — your baby is too small for a passport.” Our photo was taken professionally and fully meets U.S. Department of State guidelines, which do not require infants’ ears to show. It is clearly stated at the Department of State website requirements. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. We left upset and frustrated after doing everything right. USPS needs to train staff in both professionalism and actual passport rules — no family should be treated this way. Unacceptable service, attitude, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
