It was my first time using the kiosk and I had major 'stage fright' with a crowd waiting behind me. Andrea stepped in, told me to 'take a deep breath and calm down,' and coached me through my shipping and Christmas stamps. She handles the rush with total poise and a great sense of humor. Despite the long line, she took the time to explain the Kiosk Services so I could save time in the future . She make me feel like a valued customer rather than just another person in line. ANDREA THE CLERK WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. Someone get her a raise and a Massive Coffee—she’s the reason I’m skipping lines forever now! ☕️📦"

The staff refused to answer a simple question about where my package is because the group who does packages is in a different floor of the building and they wouldn't help me get in contact. I was given a disconnected number to call, as a joke I would assume, and then I was told to call ASK-USPS whose rep was very lovely. Even with her help, the staff refused to help get us in contact with anyone and kept saying that they had no way of getting in contact with them as if they weren't in the same building? Waste of an hour and a half. If your package is somehow held at this location, just think of it as already on the way back to sender. The staff won't help you at all.
