The worst place ever if you’re in a rush to just buy special stamps. I waited an hour plus to buy some Bruce Lee stamps. In the past this placed had two lines but now it’s only one . There was only three people working there then they 2 out of 3 took there breaks . So for 45 mins there only one person working the counter. Once it reached closing time, the 2 people who left came back .

Five stars for the staff’s patience. Zero stars for the impromptu town hall meeting happening at the counter. This line of 20 people took an hour! The line itself wasn’t the problem — it was the live podcast recording each customer decided to host when they reached the cashier. If we could all agree that the USPS counter is not a therapy session, a negotiation table, or an open mic night, we might move through the line at the speed of… well… mail. And here’s the real tragedy: you can literally watch the cashiers’ stamina drain in real time. Each unnecessary rant siphons off another 5% of their life force. By the time it’s your turn, they’re operating on emotional fumes because three people ahead of you needed to unpack their feelings along with their parcels. The employees were efficient, calm, and clearly trained in the ancient art of Nodding While Being Yelled At. If we collectively reduced our monologues by even 30%, we’d probably cut wait times in half. In short: great staff, strong customer stamina required. Bring a package. Leave the life story at home.

USPS consistently marks packages as "delivered" and does not actually deliver them. This is a complete scam. I don't care if you are trying to meet a quota. Do your actual job and then you can mark the packages as delivered. If you mark something as delivered before it actually is, that's called lying and scamming the customers. And good luck getting through to anyone - worst run operation

On February 6, 2026, at approximately 7:40 PM, I visited the 271 Cadman Plaza post office to drop off a package and purchase a money order. During this interaction, the postal employee name BOB on duty was hostile and unprofessional. During the exchange, the employee used homophobic slurs directed at me. This occurred after a verbal exchange where he displayed an aggressive attitude toward me. Regardless of any disagreement, the use of slurs and discriminatory language by a federal employee is unacceptable and constitutes misconduct. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, including review of security footage and any witness accounts. I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken. I also have video evidence of the employee refusing to provide a receipt upon request and intentionally delaying service for approximately 15 minutes in a retaliatory manner. This video is available upon request. I also asked for the supervisor, but she was acting like she didn’t wanna be involved. This post office is so unprofessional. It’s ridiculous. I will be taking this to the further extent. I will be reaching out to USPS Consumer Affairs and USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG) . I won’t let this continue to happen to customers because the employees is upset with life ! The employee name is miserable Bob.
