Unfortunately, I had the guy earlier, super super rude and sarcastic. I was just asking nicely how to send mail as it was my first time and its a very importnant document so i want to make sure im doing it right and he makes me feel so dumb, talks down on me and the sarcastic remarks/answers to my question. I will never go back to this. I hope the manager will address what is going in there coz I heard it wasnt only me that he did that.
