Very rude staff and unorganized space. The line was not clearly marked and people were scattered in various parts of the store and the staff member yelled and pointed at me for not knowing where to stand while calling me a condescending pet name. Also, the service was extremely slow as there were at least 20 people waiting and the staff was taking their sweet time without care for other people’s schedules.

Very rude clerks. One of the clerks snapped at an elderly woman in front of me for merely looking at her window to see if she was next. The clerk proceeded to loudly mock her in front of another customer. At the end of the day, the task I went there for was eventually accomplished, but the human experience was rough. I get it, the US Post Office doesn’t value great customer service and I probably shouldn’t care that much, but I did feel bad for the elderly woman in front of me so felt compelled to say something in her defense. Overall, the employees seemed to be very unhappy and as a result they take it out on some customers.

I’m a local business owner and have been coming to this usps once a week for 7 years… the other week on 2/5 around 3pm I was there putting my packages in the bin like I normally do and a usps worker at the window started screaming at me, calling me ‘petty’ multiple times, degrading me, people were looking in my direction and I had AirPods in so I took them out and was so confused. Then I walked away and she was still yelling at me and another employee, who had told me it was ok to leave my package where I did. I went back, tried to calm the situation down, saying it wasn’t a big deal and I moved my package into another bin that was freshly emptied. I’ve never experienced such horrific customer service anywhere ever. It was so extremely uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service, I went to go pickup my package that was supposed to be delivered Friday Feb 13 and they left a note saying no one was home when I was home all day on whatever I reschedule delivery for the next day the 14th and no delivery ok so finally I can go and just pick it up there was a male helping someone and I heard the woman help someone who was also trying to pick up a package and she told him they haven’t gone through everything and she asked for his name and number to call him back to let him know his package is ready to pickup well unfortunately I get the rude guy who looks miserable and asks for my name and when the package got here and just says it’s not ready you need to come back later no time no nothing.

Employees are rude, incompetent and constantly giving wrong information. Further, instead of focusing on customers employees here are always on their personal phones while you’re at the window taking personal calls and on social media. Unpleasant experience all around, the entire location should be replaced with employees that actually work and treat customers with respect. Avoid at all costs.
