This is by far the very WORST USPS post office EVER! Customer service here is unbelievably horrible. You can ask for a callback by the supervisor of this Brownsville office, it will most likely NEVER happen. Some of the drivers will leave EXPENSIVE packages in the lobby knowing they was supposed to leave in front of the apartment door. Never do redeliveries. If you are disabled or elderly, may God bless you.

The worst post office in America. They need to be shut down. Never open on time. Customer Service is trash. The workers act as though u are bothering them, when it their job to assist you. This post office is a joke.
Says they open at 9am but its 9:15am and they still aren't open. Smh
