This place is horrible. They'll say that they attempted to deliver your package but did not even try to. You try to call them to try to have it redelivered but no one picks up. Truly pathetic.

There is a particular worker here behind the glass who is probably the rudest person I’ve ever witness work in a customer service capacity. There was an elderly woman infront of me who was looking to get clarification on a package, nice manners who asked a basic question. The worker spoke to her like a dog. Extremely rude, nasty, and closed her aisle early with customers still in there. No other lane available. Refused to share her name. After yelling at the 3 customers still left in the store, she waved the police over to mitigate even though SHE was the only one yelling. As if the police are there to back up her bad behavior. The police stood there but didn’t do anything, because there was nothing to do or for them to act on. She was the only one being irate and antagonistic. She needs to be fired yesterday

This office is absolutely awful. The only time I let USPS handle my packages is when I am not paying attention to who the carrier is and I regret it every single time they are assigned to it since I know I will have to visit this location again.

Just is definitely the worst Post Office in the city, possibly the United States of America. I've been to a lot of Post Office throughout this city. I never experienced anything like this before. The service is horrendous. They have six service windows with only one mail clerk working. The other staff is nowhere to be found. You have two separate lines, one for service and one for pickup. I went there to track a package that supposedly is being held at the Post office. I stood on the package pick up line for 45 minutes straight for another clerk to come out the back after another civilian, that was standing on the line with me requested a supervisor immediately. After the mail clerk took everybody's confirmation tracking number which was about seven people standing online with me.Then goes to the back of the Post Office for another 35 minutes unheard of until one of the civilian get eloratic because of the waiting time, we had to 2 wait for service. That's when a supervisor of abruptly appeared out of nowhere after all, the screaming yelling from the customer. Then, wait another 10 to 15 minutes. for them to bring the customers there packages. Wait, I'm not finish after all that time, I'm waiting my package was never found. But wait, the tracking number saying it's still on-site. This Post Office need to be closed down and put under federal review to revamp the whole system. SMH two be continued.
