Came to this location on behalf of my elderly mother to purchase a money order to send certified mail. My mother is in much need of assistance so getting her around so it takes time. I arrived around prior to closing. I had everything filled out with the exception of the money order. I asked if I can complete the money order and complete the transaction so that my mother's rent can be paid. She refused to allow me do do so. With that said... I asked if I can be allowed litterally 1 minute to fill the money order and come right back to send off her rent. She argued and still would not help. This location is patronized by mostly the elderly form my observation. This is why I left brooklyn. It is a crab in a barrel. No empathy, no kindness, no understanding, no help. I would give this 0 starts but whatever.
