During my recent visit, I experienced multiple issues that were both frustrating and unacceptable: 1. There were no Priority Mail or Express Mail envelopes available for customers to pick up on their own. This created unnecessary delays, as these supplies should be readily accessible in the lobby. 2. When I approached the counter to request an envelope, the clerk did not acknowledge me and continued assisting another customer. A simple handoff of an envelope would have allowed me to fill out the Priority Mail form while waiting, instead of wasting additional time. 3. The clerk appeared to purposely delay addressing my request. I eventually had to interrupt another clerk to obtain an envelope. Why are envelopes are not stocked for customer use in the first place. This shows lack of consideration for customers’ time and unprofessional service. The following measures should be taken: Priority and Express Mail envelopes be consistently available in the lobby for customer convenience. Staff provide prompt and respectful service, acknowledging all customers when they approach the counter.

The worst employees who are more concerned about punching a clock than providing any service. They closed the door on me as I was trying to bring in 40 usps priority packages.

No one answers the phone EVER! Lines are always long. Understaffed. THE 2 or 3 employees there are not friendly and very slow.
