Slow lines, helpful staff. But the actual mail deliverers do not actually deliver the mail. Multiple lost packages, delivered repeatedly to the wrong apartments over the last 5 years, no accountability when questioned in person. To the point it's worth just getting mail delivered elsewhere in hopes of receiving anything.

This branch is so disorganized! They have separate lines for mailing services and everything else. The longer line is the everything else. You’d think they’d have more than one window open, but no. Waited 45 min while the other line had few to no people and three windows open. The branch is also filthy and can use an update or a broom/mop.
