Ridiculous. I came in only to drop off a package and get a receipt. I entered at 12PM and left at 1PM. They are short staffed if there was more people the lines would move faster.

Pretty awful experience. The clerks have microphones/speakers but I'm not sure if they don't work or if the clerks refuse to use them. You can't hear the clerks through the glass and then they get furious at you for not understanding them.

This post office NEEDS more resources but because we aren’t fully gentrified yet, they don’t care!!! How about build resources while the people who built this community are still here?!! Instead of catering to trust fund babies later on. There is ALWAYS a 30 min line no matter what time of day you go! So if you need a quick simple service, be ready to wait 30 mins! Meanwhile check post offices in downtown Brooklyn and any part of gentrified Manhattan and no wait! Bright and chirpy and cheery! Sucks!

If I could give it no stars I would. Always a line, never any help in the lobby, short staffed and they move at a snails pace. Zero respect for people’s time. The few times I’ve been at this post office is because they’re suppose to be delivering my packages from Amazon and they never attempt to deliver. I work from home they NEVER RING THE BELL. I’ve left notes at the door stating I’m home ring the bell and nothing.

Like so many USPS stations this facility & those who staff it are the pits. Im awaiting a package from Amazon, delivery was halted to bad weather conditions & inability of local delivery to access my building. However the regular non 1st class mail (letter carrier) has been able to get in & out of the building put mail in the boxes & packages outside the boxes even during this terrible cold weather. I called the Flatbush station no 1 picks up the phone to help, I still don't know why my Amazon delivery wasn't able to get to me despite no issues with getting inside the building or access to the mailbox 📬 mail area. This post office should be restaffed immediately with competent people.
