- JGJan Gul5 days ago1.0This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I came to return a package on 12/24/2025, and I had 14 days to complete the return. When I visited this post office on 01/06/2026, the employee refused to accept my return, saying that the shipping label had expired. I contacted AliExpress, and they confirmed that the label was still valid and that the employee simply did not want to do her job. Today, I returned to this post office to resolve the issue and was helped by the same rude and unpleasant employee. She did not even scan the package and immediately sent me away. I then went to another post office, where my return was accepted without any problems. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

Everyone was patiently waiting on a super long line and the manager for some reason caught an attitude with us after the tellers failed to let her know the drop off window was full (someone had actually informed a worker btw). Workers at the window also lack basic courtesy.

When you complain on the USPS website, the headquarters will see it, and the post office will get a record. That’s why they don’t want customers to complain online. Those rude employees may be investigated or even removed. I already did it — after I filed the complaint, the Postmaster had to call me and apologize! The complaint steps are shown in the picture.
