At any cost please avoid this rude and unprofessional place. They do not respect your time even if have an appointment. Also don't complain to them for anything as the fingers will be pointed at you for your lack of understanding. Your understanding that you have to sacrifice your time and energy for their unpredictable working ethics.

The Post Office on Broadway and Gstes Avenue is the worst Post Office in New York City. On numerous occasions they have delivered other people's mail to my mailbox. For the past week and and a half, I and my 2 neighbors have not received any mail at all.
When I went to get an explanation, they were very rude to me and told me they don't know why. And wanted me to wait on a very long line. To get a possible answer.
I have complained about this Post Office several times. It seems like they have gotten worse. Isn't it a federal offense for a Post OfficeNot to deliver your mail for almost two weeks

Once again the post office from hell had lost my package this is unbelievable…. Because of the huge snow storm I received a message that although my package was in the truck it was deemed undeliverable due to bad weather, ok no problem because the text also skid that they would be delivering it the next day cool. So I waited Sunday, Monday but no package. Tuesday I took the day off from work was in the post office bright and early actually the 1st customer on line. I told the young lady behind the serving counter what had happened and she assured me that the package was in the truck. I said no I’m tracking it and it shows I have mail coming but no packages. She said that’s not how it works sir, so to avoid an argument I went back home waited all day till the night and guess what? NO PACKAGE!!! I went to the extent of speaking to someone in the post office where I was given a number to call if I had not received it within the end of the day guess what? NO PACKAGE!!! Still today a little over 2 WEEKS my package is in LIMBO!!! I HATE I HATE THE POST OFFICE IN RELATION TO PACKAGE DELIVERY THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!! I’d rather order through Amazon… Avoid this post office they need to be retrained Honestly.

This is a place that provides terrible service; they don't open on time, and their employees don't do their jobs. They don't deliver packages even when you've paid for shipping. They lie, saying they tried to deliver it but no one was there or they couldn't make the delivery, when the truth is they don't deliver anything at all. They don't even show up and then write down false information. You pay for shipping, and they cause you to lose your package because it goes back to the post office or simply disappears. They have a million lame excuses. They're getting paid for doing nothing. They also throw away letters; they are negligent and irresponsible, and their customer service is awful. They should pay attention to this staff; they are very negligent and don't provide the services they're supposed to. They are useless, and their attitude is horrible. They deserve zero stars. They have an undesirable attitude, they don't treat customers well, and they are rude and disrespectful!
