Like other people said, prepare to spend at least 1 hour in line for anything you are trying to do even if there are only six people ahead of you.

After waiting in the regular line, they tell me they can’t scan QR codes at the store at all. Why tell me to wat in line for something I can’t do ? Waste of a lunch break!
