Very bad post office to deal with. Why would someone get a job that entails you dealing with customers all day and yet be very evident that you greatly lack that skill. why curse the neighborhood with miserable workers who hate their job and people.

The most imbecilic and incompetent post office i have ever had the displeasure of being at the whim of. They never have any information regarding their own actions, their own emails they send, and genuinely could not be worse at their jobs here. They are CONSTANTLY going back and forth on their policies and services and their supervisor is equally as uninformed and unhelpful. If I could I would sue for emotional distress and horrible service.

I dropped by today, very stressed, to check in on the status of two packages we were having delivered. It was my fiancé's jewelry for our wedding (tomorrow!) and the fact that it hadn't arrived yet was causing us both terrible stress. I went in to claim the packages, but as my fiancé just changed their name legally, we didn't yet have an ID that matched the name on the package. We were panicking, but Jenny was an absolute angel and made sure our packages would get sent out first thing in the morning the next day, just barely in time for our ceremony. She was a lifesaver, and has touched us both beyond belief. You're in good hands with her here!

The unprofessionalism displayed by this post office is astounding! I moved into this neighborhood nearly four years ago, and I have never received a package here—hard to believe, but it's true. I receive packages from USPS, FedEx (sometimes), Amazon, and DHL without issue, but I have consistently had problems receiving packages from the post office. The main issue is that the post office is only open during working hours, which makes it impossible for me to pick up my packages. As a result, they often get returned to the sender. There have been a couple of times when I left work early to collect my packages, but the lines were out the door, the staff moved slowly, and I’ve even encountered some disrespectful attitudes from them. Additionally, if you have a package arriving from a luxury brand, they may even steal it. For instance, I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes from PoshMark, but they were stolen at the post office. I picked up my package. When I got home, I opened the box, and the shoe box was empty. You could visibly see where someone removed the tape and replaced it with clear white tape. And because PoshMark authenticated them before shipping, I was confident the shoes had been shipped. I have such a strong dislike for this post office that I’ve started using one of my relatives' addresses, where I know I will receive my packages without any problems.
