Just read a review here about an awfully rude attendant, same experience. Unprofessional and she made personal remarks for no reason. She should get fired - refused to say her name. Black lady with fake eyelashes

I hate this place so much!!!! Only one person working. I live around the corner but have to spend my entire lunch break in here just for a money order. It’s been like this since I was a child and I am now in my 40’s

Do not ship your items to this post office! I had a bad experience . After I got notification that my new Iphone that my provider sent me delivered, I went to pick it up, and they said they don’t have it. I had a name on delivery notification, so after I resisted and asking for the person who’s name was on my notification, apparently that was the person who said they never got it. After she went to “check” it again, and found brought me. But the package was ripped off open, obviously, they saw iphone and thought easy to say we don’t have it. Luckily I had a name of person who signed for my item. Also they are super rude, until u not become very rude! So don’t be a nice person if u have any chores there

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. If this location is near you, it would honestly be easier and far less stressful to travel to another one. The lines are long, but my issue wasn’t the wait — it was the cashier’s attitude. The woman at Window 4 at 1pm today was unbelievably rude. I have never been spoken to with so much disrespect in any customer service setting. Her tone was condescending from the second I approached. I came in to buy a box and print a label — something every other post office does at the same time — but she acted like that was some outrageous request. Even after I clearly said I needed a label, she cut me off and told me to “step aside,” forcing me to wait in the long line again after boxing my item. There were no pens anywhere in the entire post office, so I relied on getting the label printed. When I got back to her window and asked again, she talked to me like I was five years old, slowly asking if I “understood that packaging uses handwritten labels.” I explained I had just bought the box from her and there were no pens available. Instead of helping, she kept arguing and rolling her eyes until she finally snapped, “All you had to do was ask for a pen.” At that point I felt so uncomfortable and belittled that I just took my package home with me rather than let her speak to me like that any longer. The whole interaction was completely uncalled for. I will never return to this location. I’d much rather use UPS or FedEx where customers are treated with basic respect.
