- ATAlana Torres5 days ago1.0I called in advance to ensure my package was in the building after being "given" a delivery notice that there was no "secure location" to deliver my MEDIA MAIL package (this has never happened in my almost year of living at my address and there was no actual notice left) just to spend 40 minutes in line to then be told it's out for delivery again and when i ask what would stop them from claiming that there is no secure location again... no response. it's a media mail package meaning it's a book... not something of high value so this concern of a secure location is absurd when they have delivered priority mail packages and left it out without a single ounce of concern. i am astounded that i was left no notice and there was no real attempt to deliver since there was not a ring to my apartment or a knock at my door when i was present and at home. i understand the USPS deals with a lot but this is simply ridiculous.

Standing here for 30min and not one supervisor or anyone to help, answer question ir assist other than the one service window open. Many people in the back walking back and forth but yet obly one window open. This location needs restructuring.

- NYNun YuhFeb 25, 20265.0Maybe I'm lucky but the people working here are always helpful and patient. I've witnessed a lot of customers act unkindly towards them as well. They are understaffed so the people who are working there have a lot on their plate.
- JJJLFeb 18, 20261.0Why is this place open 30 mins to service 3 people they playing around in the back waiting for it to get crowed to start complain that it’s a lot of people they need to start shutting some of these post office down until they get people that want to work, never understand if you get everyone out fast then you will have more time to chill
