I just moved to a new complex and it told us we have to go pick up our mail on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I go there once and Saturdays. There is no mail for me. The employees come out of the back dancing reggae very unprofessional. I have noticed what I was online that people came to pick up their mail And it’s like it threw a tantrum. They were not pleasant. I go up to get my meal and they’re huffing and puffing when they come back in about two minutes they say I have no mail. Please supervisor is doing a terrible job there. There’s no need to have that reggae music and come out the back Twerking who I was a supervisor there should be held carnival because you shouldn’t have these young ladies in the front creating a catastrophe for people that are waiting for their mail mail is very serious by myself work from home. I receive mail every day and I haven’t received anything in two months that I’ve been here. It’s a shame that the post office behaves his way, and the post office allows the employees to continue to behave this way Please fix this issue on Southern Avenue. They are very unprofessional

The young lady named Liz at the front was such a great help, she found my package as well as someone else's from my same address (without me asking). She's very professional and polite..she should get a raise.

I visited the New Lots Post Office on Dec 2, 2025, and the service was terrible. The clerk at Window 1 was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She turned me away twice while I was trying to mail a package, acted irritated when I asked a simple question, and even walked to the back to avoid assisting me. I’m 5 months pregnant, had already waited outside in the rain because they opened late, and still received no basic courtesy. Very unprofessional experience. I hope management addresses this.
