- TTTasia3 days ago1.0I was expecting my Amazon packages on 11/16/25. I saw a notice on Amazon that usps was handling my delivery now and it wasn’t delivered because there was “no secure location”.. mind you I live in a house.. with security cameras. Packages I order from Amazon always get delivered to my front door, on my steps. No issues ever with Amazon delivery drivers. This is the first time an order of mine was transferred to usps and first time I’ve ever seen a notice like this. Anyways I rescheduled a delivery for 11/17. My rescheduled delivery was confirmed via email. I’m writing this review on the morning of 11/21 and I still haven’t see any updates, or any sign that it’s on the move. It only says available for pickup at this sutter location. I reached out to usps via email and was told they’d be in communication until this issue is resolved and I haven’t heard from anyone since. My order should be in 3 large but light boxes so I can’t help but think someone took a quick look at them and decided to be lazy and pretend I had no secure location.

She keeps behaving rude with people for no reason, and please take care of this types of crazy women working at the counter. They should behave with all the customers very carefully and with respect.

I was unaware of the posting process, And was still treated like I was expected too know, No type of good communication services from that specific worker at that specific time, accompanied with the station exactly on the left, when requesting assistance was using her phone and paying no mind, etc, Highly, Highly Disappointed, DO BETTER.
