Usps policy is to hold packages 5 days. Attendant went in the back for 3min and said she didn't see it and couldn't say where it was. Yet, couldn't explain any reason why it wouldn't be there. I got the sense she did not check really and just wanted me to leave and request money back from merchant eventhough I told her how important the package was.

Always says “tried delivering” and all that bullshit. The staff there always clumsy and slow. I’m surprised they are not shut down by now. This office single handedly brings down the shame of USPS. Other areas are completely fine tho, except this BS post office. Try not to use USPS, use UPS instead
