  Absolute nightmare experience trying to renew my kids' passports here. The level of disrespect from the clerk was staggering. She was condescending, impatient, and beyond nasty to my family. I understand the post office is busy, but there is no excuse for that kind of hostility. It truly felt like she was trying to make the process as difficult as possible just because she could. If you want to be treated with basic human decency, do not come to this US Postal location. Truly an embarrassing representation of the USPS.

  Maybe this time around w all the snow ... they can remove it wk 1 and put down some salt. It was atrocious to walk on the back end of the building. You know that area still belongs to you and the tiny icy walkway 2 wk later was a crying shame. Judging from all the cars and trucks in their parking lot they have plenty of workers to lend a hand.

  Worst customer service at this location. They withheld my packages for no reason, never answered phones, app said open sundays I came in the winter cold and it’s closed😡😡

  Why is the opening time at 9 AM. If there is no window clerk until like 10 AM???? Lugged a heavy package to the post office through the snow from my house to urgently send it - I am also on a time crunch. There is NOBODY. Not a single person here for the first 15 minutes of me being in the post office. 9:20 rolls around and a clerk comes to tell me that there is nobody for window service. At this point I am running late for work and I still have a huge heavy box with me because GOD FORBID I assume that the post office would be OPEN and ready for SERVICE when the post office SAYS it would be open and ready for service. Ridiculous. Wasted 40 damn minutes of my life. Had to leave without sending out my package. Never visiting this post office again. A complete disregard and lack of respect for people’s time.

  This place is not even worth a single star. They never deliver our mail to our mailbox just throws it on the floor. And when we ask them about it they go completely MIA and now we haven’t received mail in a week. The carrier we tried to talk to pretend we didn’t even exist and kept walking and talking on her phone absolutely no sense of responsibility. Then there’s the office who has a horrible supervisor, we’ve been on this case for over a week and everytime we call she’s either never in office or she stands us up. Told us to “hold on a sec” and never comes back. Now they don’t even answer our calls or emails. This is so unprofessional and they are all super avoidant. We are just trying to fix the problem but they are making it worse. Terrible place overall this needs to be fixed.
