I'm so sick of this place. Just drop off 2 packages and they never got scanned. I cannot make a claim because they lost it before they even scanned it. I literally lost hundreds of dollars from those 2 packages. This is not the first time. It has happen multiple times throughout the years. I will never come back here again... I'm going to switch my business to UPS.

Despicable. After finally being able to make an appointment, I'm sent away because they refuse to allow filling out the form in this place. Pretty typical behavior in NY GOV offices, actually.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I run an online business and ship 3 to 10 packages almost every day. On my first visit to this post office, I was told to use the self-service kiosk for scanning, which was fine. I am young, I learn quickly, and I am happy to do things myself. But what if it were an elderly person? Who would help them? From that day on, whenever that particular African American female staff member is there, she always comes over to check on me. Sometimes she questions whether my packages are weighed correctly, sometimes she refuses to let me place scanned packages in the front counter area and forces me to bring them to the back. The most ridiculous part was once when I followed her instruction and took my scanned packages to the back door, only for her to say, “Don’t put them here, put them in the front.” Today, I saw there was space in the front and I only had six packages, so I started placing them there. She rushed over again and told me to take them to the back. That is when I realized she was deliberately making things difficult for me, and I strongly suspect this is a case of racial discrimination. I have never once asked her for help, everything I do is through the self-service machine, yet she still finds excuses to hassle me and embarrass me. I would like to ask her, do you know who pays your salary? Who gave you the right to treat customers this way? Look at this location’s miserable 1.9-star rating, I believe much of it is because of her terrible attitude. Next time I see her, I will start recording and, if necessary, file a complaint with the proper authorities. Do not let one person ruin the experience for everyday customers.
