I mean, I know 4 and 9 kind of look similar, but this does not make any sense. And now, instead of getting delivered yesterday, the package went to 11214 and now it is back at the distribution center. And I guess it will come back to 11219 again. And from there I hope they will deliver it and not send it again to 11214.

I literally lost hundreds of dollars from those 2 packages. This is not the first time. It has happen multiple times throughout the years. I will never come back here again... I'm going to switch my business to UPS.
