The reviews for a USPS never really mattered to me, but this place is special. There’s a Mrs USPS that might be a manager here - I think the reviews are just for her. I feel bad for the other staff.

I must say i dont normally write reviews or get annoyed so easily, but this is the first one that truly deserves it. The employees are extremely rude and impatient. Even when all you need to do is drop off a prepaid labeled package you are yelled at something or told to go to the USPS store by McDonalds. The employees manage to be extremely rude and make you feel like you are always doing something very wrong and offensive to them.

This post office (Prospect Park West, Brooklyn) is beyond disgusting and looks as though it hasn't been cleaned ever! It is a disgrace to this beautiful neighborhood! It needs a whole new makeover.

This place sucks!!! So rude, not willing to explain anything and assume you know what their job entrails. Like we care or know what goes into their job. Just tell me what I need to do and I’ll do it. Also very rude. Avoid this place if you can.
