    I had a package 1/25 and 1/26 It was marked couldn’t deliver because of Hazards weather conditions.Spoke to Damien Richard at the Canarsie location. If you check the weather for 11236 u will see the weather was good. I was told that the workers were instructed by the postmaster to scan the packages as so….. I went post office 9:30 and. Left 11:30 to be told by the supervisor Damien Richard that he was busy and has other things to do so he can’t assist me he was very rude and I told him he should have his workers look or him himself help as a leader. He got very upset and told me to put my number on a paper and I can leave. He stated that I am trying to tell him how to do his job and that’s not things go with him. He was very sassy🤣 As leadership you know your location has a over flow you as a leader than should be a team player and assist ya team with helping residents He was sitting in front a computer the whole 2 hrs I was there having people tell us its out for delivery and it’s not. Neither is the package being updated Packaged marked weather delay is not fair to us the postal workers are not being honest w delivery

    Always busy, good for them and their revenue.. but slow as snails. Never have products out. Have to wait in line for a flat rate then pack up just to wait in line again??? Nonsense smh… some clerk are sweet others rude and probably hungry. I’ve been to many dirty Post offices in Brooklyn, by far this Lobby always clean but Rugs smell wet.

    I am writing to follow up regarding a package that was unable to be delivered due to weather delays and has now been pending for several days. After three days without delivery, I submitted a service request but unfortunately have not received any updates. On February 12, I visited the location in person to try to resolve the issue. While there, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait and observed several employees who appeared inattentive to the line, which added to my frustration. When I was finally assisted, the employee stepped away to search for my package and returned about 15 minutes later without additional information. I was told the package could not be located and that a supervisor would contact me, but I have not yet received a follow-up call. I understand that delays can happen, especially due to weather, and I truly appreciate the work your team does. However, I would be grateful for an update on the status of my package and any assistance in locating it as soon as possible.

    If i could put one star. Besides, the rude mail clerks we have encountered and the horrible nasty attitude employees in the post office, where is our mail? You guys have to be up to something. Are yall stealing out mail? Why is it we can’t get our mail after days on top of days. You know how much times i saw the mail carrier walk past several houses and only delivered to the other side. Like, literally quit midway of the job? This is getting ridiculous. Do better.
