Susan intentionally and repetitively disconnects calls on concerned customers . Her tone and attitude is very unpleasant . She lacks accountability , professionalism , honesty and the ability to effectively execute her job functions . Prime examples of this is her failure to follow up with customers , fabrications about package whereabouts, ever changing explanations and her constant habit of talking over customers as opposed to actively listening . She and the others that follow her lead will be the downfall of this community post office . Update : her name isn’t Susan she’s lying to customers when placing calls . The Hispanic / Latina supervisor is the woman I’m referring to .
