    Staff is absolutely unhelpful, people love cutting the line, dirty, and literally has nothing to offer. Shut them down and start over, and train up the slower than a turtle staff.

    Susan has horrible customer service . As a supervisor there is an expectation and more importantly a requirement of professionalism . Susan intentionally and repetitively disconnects calls on concerned customers . Her tone and attitude is very unpleasant . She lacks accountability , professionalism , honesty and the ability to effectively execute her job functions . Prime examples of this is her failure to follow up with customers , fabrications about package whereabouts, ever changing explanations and her constant habit of talking over customers as opposed to actively listening . She and the others that follow her lead will be the downfall of this community post office . Update : her name isn’t Susan she’s lying to customers when placing calls . The Hispanic / Latina supervisor is the woman I’m referring to .

    People should start filing complaints in mass about this place. You can file them directly with usps, by writing or calling your congress person, or by complaining to the postmaster general. These reviews do nothing!

    This USPS opened 45 min late all the workers were inside just yapping and not even working these are the laziest people I’ve ever seen I hope USPS does something to fix these workers laziness and they have attitude while there is over 30 people waiting outside
