    I've never had a problem here besides a lil wait, but that's on usps not having manpower. This is supposed to be my home post office 93rd rutland instead of Bristol. Y'all complain about here? OK, go to Bristol 😭😭😭

    This post office is full of thieves, everyone there is in on it. They have been stealing packages for YEARS and recently they stole some very important information from my grandmother after she physically dropped it off to them in an envelope. After they stole her information, they sent the envelope back the next day with tape on the back and nothing inside stating that it cannot be mailed to where she’s requesting. I wonder why? This post office needs to be under investigation! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

    I have never experienced a more disrespectful or unprofessional staff. Even the management is rude. The entire atmosphere at the Rugby Post Office is unacceptable, and it needs to be investigated immediately. The customer service culture there is out of control, and something has to change. No community should ever be treated this way. 15 people online 1 window open she saw 3 clients in the last 45 minutes

    They get one star on the fact they NEVER actual deliver packages to my building! They always put “delivered to mailbox” and you check the mailbox and NOTHING is ever there. I am not the only person they do this to, everyone in my building has this same issue & when you tell the post office they don’t care! It isn’t hard to ring a bell & tell people to come down to get their packages. I am convinced they just keep all the packages for themselves and then say they’ve been “delivered” to screw over their customers!

    Can you believe it’s 9:53 on Monday morning, November 10th, at the post office on 726 Utica Ave, and there’s only one customer service worker on duty? This is really unacceptable. The line is long, and there are no other employees in sight. Where are our tax dollars going? This is truly appalling.
